Feedback and support
Found a bug, missing something, or have a question? Tell the people building PageHum. Every message is read, and you hear back when what you asked for is planned or done.
Sending it
- From any page: Send feedback in the footer, in your account menu, or in the menu on a phone. On a board, Report a problem at the bottom sends it with that site attached. Or go to pagehum.com/feedback.
- Pick bug, feature request, or something else, and write what happened or what you’d like. For a bug, what you expected helps most.
- Signed in, replies go to your account’s email unless you give another. Signed out, leave an email if you’d like a reply.
- From code or an assistant:
POST /v1/feedbackin the API, or thesend_feedbacktool over MCP, as your account.
What's attached
The page you were on (without anything that looks like a key or token, and without its query except the site), the site, your browser’s name and major version (like Chrome 129, not the full user agent), the window’s size, light or dark, your plan, and which version of PageHum answered. The form shows the list before you send. Never cookies, keys, passwords, or what’s on the page.
What happens next
- It goes straight to the people building PageHum, by email, the moment you send it.
- When it’s planned, and again when it’s done, you get a note in the app (signed in) and by email.
- Up to 10 an hour signed in, and 3 signed out. Signed out, PageHum counts by a keyed hash of your address and the day; the address itself is never kept.
